FoxxyFit is a St. George staple, bringing body positivity, confidence, and strength to women, men, trans, and non-binary individuals in the area. We are a community, first and foremost, with a "come as you are" approach to friendship and mentorship. You Can Learn More About Us Here.
Our goal is to help you feel sexy, desirable, capable, and beautiful in your own skin.
We teach pole dance, chair dance, burlesque, and twerk classes so you can explore all aspects of creative expression. Our instructors openly embrace individuals of all fitness levels and body types.
The sensual dance genres we teach are unique in their ability to help us reconnect with our bodies emotionally, physically and mentally. They help us explore our personal energy and flow, leading us to discover that we, too, can be sexy without a picture-perfect, airbrushed appearance.

Pole dance has been rapidly increasing in popularity over the past decade. From beginner to heels to advanced tricks classes, we have everything to get you started! Take one of our classes to combine the benefits of strength training, cardio, and dance.
